President

Job responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for the management of the hospital, including hospital development, medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, personnel, finance and general affairs; lead all staff to complete various operation and management indicators; fully improve the service quality and management level of the hospital; constantly improve the economic and social benefits of the hospital;

2.Establish and improve hospital organizational structure and organizational system;

3.Lead to make the development strategy and development plan of the hospital, and arrange, inspect and summarize the work on schedule, and report to the group;

Job qualifications

1. Less than 55 years old;

2. Bachelor degree or above in clinical medicine, business management, economic management and financial management and other related majors;

3. Proficient in modern hospital management knowledge, familiar with the hospital's business process, clinical medical expertise, financial management knowledge and human resource management knowledge, and familiar with relevant national laws and regulations and international and domestic industry development trends;

4. Executive President

Job responsibilities

1. Assist the President to be responsible for the medical treatment, medical technology, nursing, scientific research and teaching of the whole hospital, and ensure the normal development of medical care;

2. Organize the departments under his/ her jurisdiction to collect and sort out various data and information related to business, and assist the president to organize the formulation of hospital development strategy;

3. Participate in making annual business plan and budget of the hospital;

4. Lead the departments under his/ her jurisdiction to make annual plan and related management system;

5. To organize and formulate relevant business management system: medical management system, nursing management system, quality control system, etc.;

6. Lead to collect, collate and analyze medical and nursing quality management information;

7. Organize and lead the formulation, revision and improvement of medical and nursing quality control standards;

Job responsibilities:

Job responsibilities

Job responsibilities

Job responsibilities:
